Family Nurse Practitioner

she/her

Casey Cash’s journey in healthcare began early, sparked by her time volunteering as an athletic trainer in high school and deepened through her work with Poudre Valley Hospital Emergency Medical Services. Her commitment to patient care and community health led her to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration from the Medical University of South Carolina, followed by a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Regis University in Denver, CO. She went on to earn her Master’s degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Northern Colorado.

Board Certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center, Casey has dedicated over 20 years to serving patients in the Fort Collins and Loveland area. Known for her compassionate approach and deep ties to the community, she is passionate about building long-term relationships with her patients and supporting their health and identity through all stages of life.

Beyond her academic and professional achievements, Casey is passionate about living life to the fullest. She’s had a few fun and unexpected “side gigs” over the years—including suiting up as a mascot for a AAA baseball team in Durham, NC, and doing voiceover work for radio and television commercials. In her free time, she enjoys swimming, playing, and adventuring with her husband—also her high school crush—and their two children. Together, they strive to leave a positive, lasting impact on the world and create a better future for all.
