Through a community-supported model, affirming and high-quality care remains accessible to anyone who walks through our doors. Care stays independent from corporate control. Pricing stays transparent. Identity and income never determine whether someone is treated with dignity.

Our Mission

The Iris Center provides compassionate, inclusive, patient-centered primary care designed to remain accessible and affordable.

Care is trauma-informed and affirming, delivered without bias or corporate interference. Each visit centers listening, respect, and attention to the whole person.

This work is sustained by the community it serves.

Through Community Sustained Care, supporters help fund the clinic so providers can spend the time patients need and pricing can remain predictable and reasonable. Community support allows care to stay unhurried and keeps the clinic independent.
