she/her
Casey Cash’s journey in healthcare began early, sparked by volunteering as an athletic trainer in high school and deepened through her work with Poudre Valley Hospital Emergency Medical Services. Her commitment to patient care and community health led her to earn a Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration from the Medical University of South Carolina, followed by a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Regis University in Denver, Colorado. She later completed her Master’s degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner at the University of Northern Colorado.
Board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center, Casey has spent more than 20 years caring for patients in the Fort Collins and Loveland communities. She is known for her compassionate approach, deep local roots, and dedication to building long-term relationships. Casey supports her patients’ health and identity through every stage of life, always grounded in respect and trust.
Outside of her clinical work, Casey embraces life with curiosity and joy. Over the years, she has taken on a few unexpected side pursuits, including working as a mascot for a AAA baseball team in Durham, North Carolina, and doing voiceover work for radio and television commercials. In her free time, she enjoys swimming, playing, and adventuring with her husband, who also happens to be her high school crush, and their two children. Together, they aim to leave a positive, lasting impact and help build a better future for the next generation.
